One of our ROOFPROs will personally arrive during your scheduled appointment window to perform an in-depth inspection. This hands-on approach, combined with years of experience, ensures a level of care and expertise that technology alone simply cannot replicate.
3. Review
Following the inspection, your ROOFPRO will provide a detailed report of all findings—both good and bad. We ensure nothing is left out so you fully understand the true condition of your roof and property. Using tools like Company Cam, we document everything with high-quality photos and videos, giving you a personalized link to access this information anytime.
4. Solution
We will provide a detailed estimate customized to your project’s specific needs. What does this mean? We do not use high-pressure sales tactics or push unnecessary replacements. Instead, we explain the pros and cons of every option available for your project, earning your trust through honesty and transparency. We work to ensure all your questions are answered and that you feel well-educated and comfortable with your decision—that’s the A Plus way!
5. Roof Ready
Once a contract is approved and signed, one of our project professionals will take charge of your project. They will reach out to finalize all design details, ensuring every product selection is reviewed and approved by you. After confirming availability, we will promptly order materials and schedule a convenient date to begin your roofing project.
6. Transformation Day
Your project professional will coordinate materials, dumpsters, and the crew, ensuring a seamless workflow from start to finish. They will oversee every aspect of your project while providing live updates through tools like Company Cam, allowing you to monitor progress even while at work. We maintain a clean and secure job site, guaranteeing all debris is removed and no nails are left behind.
7. Closing Day
The project will be completed, and we will schedule a final walkthrough with you the following day. Your project professional will meet with you to address any questions or concerns and ensure the results meet our A+ standard. We will collect and haul away any leftover materials, dumpsters, and debris, performing a thorough final nail check to guarantee no nails are left behind. At this stage, we will also collect the final payment and provide you with your warranty paperwork.
